Responsabilities:

✔Strategic Business Development: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand our corporate client base in the AV industry.
✔Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate enterprises to understand their AV needs and position our solutions effectively.
✔Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the AV industry.
✔Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team by example, demonstrating best practices, and providing guidance to achieve sales targets.
✔Custom Solution Presentations: Collaborate with technical teams to create customized AV solutions tailored to the specific requirements of corporate clients.
✔Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
✔Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.

Requirements:

•Demonstrated professional background with a minimum of 5 years in roles such as Senior Sales, Business Developer, or Project Manager.
•Profound industry expertise encompassing insights, trends, and a deep understanding of corporate business models.
•Track record of successfully initiating and executing project-based contracts at the highest corporate echelons.
•Proficiency in utilizing MS Office tools and a preference for staying updated on cutting-edge technology.
•Eagerness to acquire industry-specific knowledge and adapt to evolving trends.
•Highly motivated and target-oriented, with a proven history of achieving sales objectives.
•Experience in overseeing large-scale projects, demonstrating adeptness in project management.
•Capability to create and deliver tailored presentations that cater to diverse audience needs.
•Aptitude for relationship management and openness to constructive feedback.
•Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (BS/BA/MBA or equivalent).
•Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Your task involves taking the corporate vertical for GBC® to new heights. You need to showcase your prowess in hunting for opportunities, fostering relationships, and constructing a robust pipeline. Your challenge extends to delivering an exceptional customer experience that leaves our clientele in awe. You are entrusted with the responsibility of efficiently managing both internal and external resources to meet and exceed customer expectations. Mastering and championing AV technology is a key part of the game. Your role also includes delving into the territory/market, analyzing potential, and keeping a keen eye on sales and status reports. Additionally, you will be supplying management with comprehensive insights on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitor activities, and the potential for innovative products and services.
